Frack oilfield fuel discharge hose 400 PSI

General information

Frack oilfield fuel discharge hose 400 PSI consists of 3 main parts, including the inner tube, reinforced and cover layers. The inner tube is made of black smooth nitrile rubber, which can withstand oil and other hydrocarbon compounds. The next layer is the reinforcement constructed of 3 types of materials: 6 plies of high tensile fabric, helix steel wire skeleton and anti-static wire. This layer plays an important role in high pressure resistant (working pressure up to 400 psi), solid structure and kink resistant properties. The outer or cover layer is made of synthetic rubber EPDM/SBR blend offering external factor, such as weather and abrasion, resistance.  This product is an oil -resistant class C tube being compatible with gasoline and other petroleum products with the aromatic content up to 50%. These chemical and external factor resistance of the tube allowing it to be used with high pressure applications in petroleum industry, for example, discharging or conveying water and oil slurry mixtures.
