General information
Food suction and delivery hose consists of 3 main parts, including the inner tube, reinforced and cover layers. The inner tube is made of white smooth NR, NBR or EPDM FDA approved food quality rubber. Moreover, it can inhibit the growth of mold and bacteria. The next layer is for reinforcement, which is made of multiplies high strength synthetic fabric and helix wire. This layer helps with positive and negative pressure resistance, working pressure resistance up to 250 psi and kink resistance of the hose. The cover layer is made of wrapped finished synthetic rubber with weather resistance. There are both smooth and corrugated surface available. This layer offers abrasion and weather resistance making it more durable. All the properties contributed to this product making it suitable as a food suction and delivering hose for food and beverage industries like dairy, juice and beer industries.
