General information
Rubber layflat compressed air hose consists of 3 layers, including inner, reinforced and cover layers. The inner and cover layers are made of high-quality synthetic nitrile rubber or thermoplastic rubber (TPR). Using of nitrile rubber offers important properties like oil, fuel, chemicals, ozone, and weather resistance. While the inner layer produced by an extrusion method has smooth surface with low friction, the cover layer has ribs help improving abrasion resistance and ease of handling. Moreover, the reinforcement in the middle by using polyester woven jacket results in maintaining of flexibility, while increases the high pressure, kink, stretch and twist resistance. All these points make this product a multipurpose hose that is suitable for heavy duty works and various applications.
