Dock oil transfer hose or Bunkering hose

General information

Dock oil transfer hose/ Bunkering hose consists of 3 main parts, including the inner, reinforced and cover layers. The inner tube is made of black smooth nitrile rubber which is resistant to oil, fuel, and other hydrocarbons with aromatic content up to 50%. The next layer is the reinforcement using multiply heavy-duty synthetic tire cord supported with helix wire allowing higher working pressure resistance. Moreover, anti-static wires are also added to prevent the accumulation of charges. The outer layer is the cover made of black synthetic rubber with wrapped finish technique. The cover offers abrasion, ozone and weather resistance to the tube. All mentioned properties enable this product to be used as a multi-purpose hose for suction and discharge applications. It is mostly used for transferring of petroleum-based products between docks and ships.
