General information
Ultra-high-pressure hose consists of 3 parts especially designed for ultra-high pressure. The inner tube is made from polyamide, polyoxymenthylene or polyamide fibers, while the cover is made of polyamide or high abrasion resistant polyurethane. The cover is pin pricked to avoid the trapping of gas, steam, and air under the hose carcass. These 2 layers are separated by the reinforcement layer that plays an important role for ultra-high-pressure resistance. This layer is a combination of spiral and high tensile steel wire braiding. Moreover, the hose comes with ferrules to maintain the highest integrity of both the components and the final assembly. Hence, this product is suitable for various application in industries, like industrial cleaning of tubes, reservoirs, containers and heat exchangers, and hydraulic tensioners.
