Water suction hose 300 PSI consists of 3 different layers, including the inner, reinforced and cover layers. The inner tube is made of black, smooth NR, SBR rubber compound, while the cover is made of the SBR rubber compound or cloth impression. The cover layer provides environmental and abrasion resistance. The important part that makes it possible to be used with high pressure and negative pressure or vacuum in suction applications is the reinforcement. Multi plies high strength synthetic fiber and helix steel wire are used. They offer solid structure, vacuum (0.8 bar) and high pressure (300 PSI) resistance to the hose. All the mentioned characteristics allow this product to be used in rugged and tough conditions, However, the hose is compatible only with the noncorrosive fluids.
